Fast Facts and Bell Times
History
The patron saint of the school is known as the founder of the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer (popularly known as the Redemptorists). The fundamental purpose of this religious community was "to bring the Good News to the poor."
Perhaps St. Alphonsus' greatest accomplishment was his ability to preach the Gospel and explain Catholic spirituality in word and image that ordinary people could readily understand.
This school's name honours the prominent place of Alphonsus Liguori (1696 - 1787) in our Catholic faith.
The school was originally founded in 1949 and has been located at its current site since 1950.
